Beginning January 2, 2026, the Duncan transfer station and Marlow convenience center will only be available with a Waste Connections punch card.
Punch cards are now available at the Waste Connections office - 5900 State Hwy 7, east of Duncan, and at Marlow City Hall (for Marlow utility customers only). Bring proof of a city utility account and a valid ID (Valid ID only for Marlow customers at Marlow City Hall) to receive a card that contains 3 punches per month for the first 6 months of 2026.
Punch cards will eliminate the need to bring a current city utility bill to the dump site.
