City of Marlow - Utilities
Our Utility Department assists customers with processing new connects, transfers of services, disconnects, balance inquiries, meter taps, general inquiries and much more.
New accounts:
Residential customers must provide a completed Residential application, lease agreement or proof of ownership, along with a current form of photo identification and applicable deposit if required.
Commercial customers must provide a completed Commercial application, lease agreement or proof of ownership, current photo identification and applicable deposit if required. Commercial accounts will also be required to complete a Plan review process prior to receiving their Certificate of Occupancy.

Transfers:
Current customers moving from one house serviced by City of Marlow to another must complete a transfer application and provide a lease agreement as well as photo identification.
